I got a new cellphone and not being "tech savvy" I went to the dealership and Dorota Karauda was very pleasant and helpful to get my cellphone hooked to my car so I could answer my cellphone via the car radio system. {Even though I was not there to buy a new vehicle}. Dropped my car off for inspection and 10k maintenance. Appointment was for a Tuesday but due to availability of my ride getting there, the only day I could drop it off was Sunday. Monday morning I’m getting texts and updates that my car is being worked on. I was pleasantly surprised that they started working on it on day early and definitely wasn’t expecting them to do so. I got a video of the things they checked confirming tires and breaks etc and that the car was in good shape. Very professional and I appreciated the updates. They texted me my car was ready and I responded that I couldn’t get it till tomorrow since that was when the appointment was originally and they said that was fine. I’m very happy with the level of service and communication I received. I’m now able to get my car back earlier over lunch instead of fighting traffic all the way up manheim like after work.
Had to have a new seatbelt driver side installed. The people there are great. Took absolute care of me with making sure everything was taken care of . Thank you 👍

We have use Lancaster Toyota Service since we bought our first Toyota Camry 2004, and we still have it. They also service our Toyota Sienna 2008. They have helpful, friendly service writers and staff. Their waiting area is so warm and inviting . They have tables and chairs, if you want to work on a laptop or whatever. Refreshments available, The place is very clean.They have a large parts department to meet your needs. They do excellent work. We have been pleased every time. Thank you staff of Lancaster Toyota. It was time for my 20000 mile checkup for my 2021 Toyota Corolla so I went to my trusted service center at Lancaster Toyota. It was my good fortune to be helped by Kurt Laughman, Service Advisor. Kurt took all of my information, gave me a cost estimate (to the penny, I might add), and told me the approximate waiting time (since I was going to wait for my car to be finished). He then sent me off to the Customer Lounge where I enjoyed a piping hot Cafe Mocha (free) and some cookies (also free). The lounge is quite nice: plush chairs, work tables, TVs (on silent mode, thank you very much!) and before I had time to finish my morning papers, Kurt appeared and told me that my car was ready. Also, while I was waiting, Kurt sent me a text message along with a video showing my car being serviced. What??!!?? It was service off the charts. I have an appointment this week with the Lancaster Toyota salesman about a new 2024 Toyota Corolla so it might be a while until I go back again for service. Let me tell you this: if you are looking for a service center to take care of your auto service needs, look no further than Lancaster Toyota for dependable, reliable and trustworthy service. I have come to always expect great service at this Toyota dealer. It is Professional from making the appointment until I pick up the car. While this time was a little different, the overall experience remained, the professionalism I have come to expect. I was having a tire replaced and was borrowing a car from work until I could have mine back as it would take a day. I had arranged for a friend to take me. To the dealership after I received a call, saying tire replacement was the recommendation that was being made. I took that to me, and it was going to be fixed that day. When it wasn’t, I had to rent a car to get to work that evening. I spoke with the service manager a few days later, because I was frustrated at the added expense. He heard what I had to say, and credited the rental feedback to my account. I could have probably been more proactive, and confirming my car would be ready that day. And the service provider could have been more clearer in letting me know it would not be available until the following day. Regardless, it goes to show that the professionalism of the dealership is still Exactly what I have come to expect. We worked through the communicators and I will be taking my car there again.
