I love my Toyota RAV4 XSE Hybrid. Everyone we worked with were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and we felt we were treated fairly and are happy with our purchase. We’ve only had the car a few days and we are on a road trip with it and it’s an amazing ride and we’re getting about 40 miles a gallon!!! It has awesome features that I’ve never had in any of my other cars. I would highly recommend them.

I was blown away by how helpful the service manager was. I called from NH to ask about a car that was serviced there in the past. I saw something on the car fax report and wanted to check up on it before I made an offer. Even though I was looking to buy the car from another dealer, he still was so nice and helped me investigate. He put my mind at ease I was so grateful. Great job!!

Today, 08/29/26, I purchased my first car from Lancaster Toyota. This is important because in over 50 years of buying automobiles, my experience today has been the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a new 2026 Toyota 4Runner. I traded in my 2023 Toyota 4Runner. From my Product Specialist Taylor Stauffer to Joe McGroaty, the Business Manager, (and everyone in between) every aspect of the sale was conducted with professionalism and respect. I received a higher-than-expected trade-in allowance for my car and Joe guided me through all the financial considerations. Taylor sat with me in the car and explained all the "buttons and knobs" on my new 4Runner. When I left the dealership, I truely had a smile on my face. The deal was great, the employees even greater. I would definitely recommend Lancaster Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota. Now my wife wants a new Toyota too!

Very kind and very accommodating. They were willing to transfer over a car from another dealership so it would be closer for my pickup. They also accommodated for my failure to bring a check to pay for the deposit. They even bought me ice cream. Shoutout to Kevin for helping me!
