Today was my first time at this dealer ship specifically at the service center, I was attended by Mr. Peter Bruchez. I really have to recognize that Mr. P.Bruchez is a wonderful service adviced, was able to hear all my concerns and as well give me the best advice possible.He knows and has knowledge of the Buisness it’s self, even did some recommendations of great sales personnel for my future buying of another Toyota for my mother. I had a appointment got there on time and also left on time. Mr. P. Bruchez is a road model on how Buisness should be at all times. Please know that I will making Buisness at Toyota of Lancaster for many years to go. Dealer employees are super friendly and all employees greeted me Good morning when going in and have a great day when walking out. Another great dealership in P.A. The service is GREAT...! Keep up the great job...!!

I've been with LTM for almost 40 years. We've purchased about 10 new cars from them over the years. Even though we have never lived less than 30 miles from LTM, we ALWAYS have our cars serviced and maintained by them. Rick Price is an outstanding guy and an excellent General Manager of this facility. He's honest, fair, and 100% customer centric in the way he runs this shop. You simply cannot find a better managed car dealership than LTM.

I just picked my new 2018 RAV4. It was a hassle free experience. Ron Bezzard was my salesman and he was great. This salesman was awesome. Yesterday when I got home I thought I had an issue with my new vehicle, and this man drove over 20 miles to come to my home and help me. Here it was something I did, and he was great. How many salesman would do something like this. Love Lancaster a Toyota.

Thank you Holly and the Service manager. I have a 2018 tacoma. 6 mos old. Had a battery issue from day 1. This time left me sit after driving it to York. Got it jumped and went right to Lancaster. Took care of me right away and replaced the battery in an hour. Love this service center.
