Taylor was fantastic. Gave me all the information I needed and didn’t make me feel pressured in any way to make a purchase. The day after I had taken my vehicle home, I noticed, what looked like, a scratch and some rubbing marks (what I assumed was an attempt to make the “scratch” go away). I brought it up and they had me come in and fixed the issue immediately. Their team was kind, professional, and treated me very fairly. My RAV4 Plugin purchase was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I knew exactly what I wanted and never felt pressure to get something I did not want. I love my Toyota RAV4 XSE Hybrid. Everyone we worked with were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and we felt we were treated fairly and are happy with our purchase. We’ve only had the car a few days and we are on a road trip with it and it’s an amazing ride and we’re getting about 40 miles a gallon!!! It has awesome features that I’ve never had in any of my other cars. I would highly recommend them.

I was blown away by how helpful the service manager was. I called from NH to ask about a car that was serviced there in the past. I saw something on the car fax report and wanted to check up on it before I made an offer. Very kind and very accommodating. They were willing to transfer over a car from another dealership so it would be closer for my pickup. They also accommodated for my failure to bring a check to pay for the deposit. They even bought me ice cream. Shoutout to Kevin for helping me!

Man! Did these guys make it easy to buy a truck. Most of us do our research before even getting to the dealer and these guys don’t push unnecessary information until it’s needed. Up front pricing without all of the add ons that some try to sneak in. Andrew was our product professional and knocked it out of the park! He was very personable, approachable and seemed to care about what he offering. Extra credit for serving our country as well!

Steve took such good care of me when I had a car emergency 300 miles from home. I had suddenly run into a cascade of electrical/computer errors and the car started running funny, forcing me to get a motel room. Then it appeared like there were no available appointments on Saturday August 1st, but I explained my emergency and he immediately took me in to check it out. Took my Corolla to Lancaster Toyota for a transmission service. When they went to test drive it afterwards, left the lights on and killed the battery. I had to call a friend to come and jump start my car (because they were closed by the time I could get there. The service manager offered a $50 credit for my next visit. What? There won’t be another visit. You killed my battery and should have to replace it. Not satisfied at all.
Best experience I ever had with a dealership. Trey was so helpful throughout the entire process of preordering my RAV4. Kept me updated on the timeline of my new vehicle arriving and made sure everything was perfect and easy for me. Sales manager Reuben was wonderful through the financial process as well. I am a first time customer here and I scheduled an inspection and emissions test with a tire rotation (routine maintenance at about 5k miles) online with ease. Colin was my advisor and I 100% recommend him!
