We make reasonable efforts to ensure that vehicle descriptions, pricing, specifications,mileage, photos, incentives, and availability are accurate. However:

• Vehicle availability may change without notice.
• Listed vehicles may be sold prior to website updates.
• Photos may be stock images or representative images.
• Features and specifications may vary from those displayed.

Vehicle listings are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute alegally binding offer to sell.

3. PRICING DISCLAIMER

All advertised prices are subject to verification by Lancaster Toyota. Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised prices exclude:

• Taxes
• Title fees
• Registration fees
• Finance charges
• Optional protection products
• Any other applicable government fee

Manufacturer incentives and special offers may change without notice and may require qualification. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel transactions resulting from such errors.

4. FINANCING APPLICATIONS

Our Services may permit users to submit credit and financing applications. By submitting a financing application, you:

• Authorize lenders to obtain credit reports and related information.

Lancaster Toyota works with numerous lending institutions. Financing approval decisions are made solely by participating lenders and are subject to creditworthiness and lender requirements. Submission of a financing application does not guarantee financing approval.

5. TRADE-IN VALUATIONS

Any trade-in estimate provided online is an estimate only. Final trade-in values are determined by us following physical inspection and verification of vehicle condition, mileage, title status, history, and market conditions.

6. SERVICE APPOINTMENTS AND CUSTOMER PORTALS

Users may schedule service appointments and access customer account features through our website. Appointment requests are subject to confirmation by dealership personnel. We reserve the right to:

• Modify appointment times.
• Reschedule appointments.
• Cancel appointments when necessary.
• Refuse appointment requests for operational reasons.
