Toyota Product Specialist/Sales

Toyota Product Specialist/Sales assist customers in the purchase and lease of new Toyota cars, trucks, and SUVs. They enjoy a beautiful showroom with a vast inventory. Pay plan includes a weekly salary plus bonuses per vehicles sold.

Full Description:

Position: Product Specialist/Sales

Department: New Car

Objective

  • The New Product Specialist/Sales is responsible for selling new cars and trucks. This position reports to department Sales Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing training and certification for manufacturers’ products
  • Knowledge of current and incoming inventory
  • Knowledge of current pre-owned inventory and sales practices in the Used Car Center
  • Maintaining a neat and clean appearance, representing the business at all times
  • Attending announced sales meetings
  • Inventory maintenance, including parking and lining vehicles and checking in new inventory
  • Continuous training on phone and sales skills
  • Meeting preset sales objectives
  • Meeting or exceeding dealership CSI numbers
  • Prompt attendance at dealership for scheduled work hours
  • Early arrival for snow days, and cleaning snow and preparing the inventory for re-opening

Pre-Owned Product Specialist/Sales

Pre-Owned Product Specialists/Sales assist customers in the purchase of pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs. They enjoy the ability to sell a variety of makes and models. Pay plan is mainly commission-based with the potential to earn $80,000 annually.

Department: Used Car

Objective

  • The Used Product Specialist/Sales is responsible for selling used vehicles. This position reports to department Sales Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of current and incoming inventory
  • Attendance at all scheduled sales meetings
  • Prompt attendance at dealership for scheduled work hours
  • Maintaining a neat and clean appearance, representing the business at all times
  • Inventory maintenance, including parking and lining vehicles and checking in new inventory as needed
  • Early arrival for snow days, and cleaning snow and preparing the inventory for re-opening
  • Continuous training on phone and sales skills
  • Knowledge of new vehicle products and sales practices at the new car stores
