Having the respect and admiration of your customers and peers is a valuable asset, which is why Toyota is excited to learn it was named one of the most admired motor vehicle company in Fortune Magazine’s annual list of the “World’s Most Admired Companies.”

Out of all the companies on the list, Toyota was ranked #28 overall and was the second-highest ranked vehicle manufacturer in consideration (BMW is ranked 18). Toyota also placed in the top 10 in both talent and in running a global business.

The rankings are based on peer ratings from senior executives along with company surveys. They take into account quality of management, social responsibility, people management, global competitiveness, and other attributes. In the automotive segment, Toyota ranked #1 in all categories.

“Toyota is honored to once again be recognized as a most admired company,” said Jim Lentz, Toyota Motor North America chief executive officer, in a statement. “All of our team members and partners worldwide contribute to enhancing Toyota’s reputation by creating the future of mobility and contributing to a better society through safer, greener, and more fun driving experiences. This recognition is a reflection of their dedication to continuous improvement and exceeding customers’ expectations.”

Here at Lancaster Toyota, we are proud to be part of such a well-respected and admired company. We hope to be able to continue that trend by showing our customers the respect they deserve. Stop by today and have the best car-buying experience of your life.
